How many guests are included?
The Gender Reveal Experience includes up to 10 guests. Larger celebrations can be created through a custom proposal.
Can we choose how we reveal the gender?
Yes. LOVBEYOND can create different reveal concepts depending on your vision, location and venue requirements. One standard reveal concept is included, while more elaborate ideas may be quoted separately.
Can the reveal be a surprise for us too?
Yes. Choose “Keep it a surprise for us” under Who Should Know the Result? The confidential result can then be shared with LOVBEYOND separately through an agreed private process.
Is cake included?
Cake is not included in the base experience but can be added separately. If you'd like the cake itself to form part of the reveal, this can be discussed when planning your experience.
Is food included?
Light sweet and savoury treats and basic refreshments are included. Substantial catering is available separately or through a custom proposal.
Can I have more than 10 guests?
Yes. Celebrations with more than 10 guests are handled as custom Gender Reveal events so the appropriate styling, catering, furniture and logistics can be planned.
What travel is included?
Standard travel within 50 km of Mönchengladbach is included. Locations further afield may involve additional travel and logistical costs.
Do you stay throughout the event?
Setup, handover and limited on-site support are included. Full event coordination can be arranged separately by custom quote.
