Every product and the personalised card remain securely inside the selected presentation.
Personalised Gift Card
Every gift includes a personalised LOVBEYOND gift card. Add the pet’s name, occasion, personal message and sender’s name.
The occasion changes the card design and wording only. It does not change the selected gift contents.
Need neutral colours or a different ribbon? Leave an optional presentation note. We will accommodate colour requests where reasonably possible. The selected contents will remain unchanged.
Personalised Pet Portrait
Selected Luxury gifts include a personalised pet portrait print.
A clear, well-lit photograph showing the pet’s face is required. Portrait preparation begins after a suitable photograph has been received. Low-resolution, dark, blurred or heavily cropped photographs may delay production.
The portrait is created from the photograph provided by the customer. Minor artistic interpretation and colour differences may occur.
Treats and Food
No edible pet treats or pet food are included in the stated gift contents.
Any personalised treat jar shown or supplied with a Luxury gift is delivered visibly empty. This allows the pet owner to fill it with food appropriate for the pet’s individual diet, age, allergies and veterinary requirements.
Curated International Brands
LOVBEYOND combines genuine LOVBEYOND products with products from respected pet-care and international brands.
Third-party branding and packaging may change according to availability and seasonal restocking. The stated product type and item count will not be reduced. Replacements will be of equal or higher value, and we will contact you if a change materially alters the gift.

The images are styled visual representations of the selected gift presentation and approximate arrangement. Minor positioning, colour and packaging-design differences may occur.

Pet Safety
Always select products appropriate for the individual pet’s age, size, behaviour and physical condition.
Follow all instructions and safety information supplied by the product manufacturer. Pets should be supervised when using toys, feeding mats, activity products and accessories. Inspect products regularly and remove them immediately if they become damaged or present a potential hazard.
No pet toy should be treated as indestructible. If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for a particular animal, consult a veterinarian or qualified pet-care professional before use.
Shipping and Damage Protection
Free standard shipping is included within Germany. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Every gift is inspected and securely packed. If anything arrives damaged, contact LOVBEYOND promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and shipping carton so that we can arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
